Returns and Refunds
You may return items purchased on Fretta.com within 30 days from shipment for a full refund of your product purchase price or a replacement product.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@fretta.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Packages sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:
1. The item is purchased on Fretta.com within 30 days from shipment.
2. The item is in its original condition—unused, unassembled, with all tags included, and returned in the original packaging.
3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Discounted items, free gifts and gift cards

Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
