Shipping and Delivery
The following are our estimated processing and delivery times. Each order is prepared with care, and we strive to ship your products as efficiently as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to bring fresh, healthy living into your home.
Processing
Order processing takes place during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared. Orders placed after 2 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
We observe all major U.S. holidays and will resume processing the following business day.
Shipping
We ship Fretta products within the United States and to select international destinations. For international purchases, please visit the Fretta website corresponding to your region.
Our carriers estimate a delivery time of 2-8 business days for domestic shipments. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may require additional transit time. Please note that an unexpected situation may occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, any additional rerouting or reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders refused for reasons unrelated to product issues are not eligible for a refund. You may request a return within a designated period after purchase; please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy (link) for full details.
International Shipping
We strongly recommend placing your order through the site corresponding to your country or region. If your location is not listed, please contact us at Support@fretta.com for assistance.
For cross-border shipments, packages may incur additional customs fees, including taxes and duties (such as VAT). These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Fretta is not responsible for packages held by international customs agencies, nor are we obligated to inform customers of the actions or requirements of these agencies. Please check with your local customs office for details on their procedures and any potential charges.
Tracking
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact your local carrier office. You can also reach our customer service team at Support@fretta.com for further assistance.
